Ossian
Ossian, white wines verdejos Complex soils, centenary pre-phylloxera vineyards, a unique elaboration, unique natural conditions for different white Verdejo wines. A project where verdejo, in its maximum expression, is the main protagonist of an argument that is written from the ground for history.
The Cordel de las Merinas, on its way through the province of Segovia, collects the perfect conditions to elaborate singular, complex and bottle-green white wines with a surprising evolution. With a clear goal: to start from the best grape to make the best Verdejo wines in Spain.
The Ossian project
The union of tradition with unique vineyards of more than one hundred years, the work and dedication of generations of winegrowers of the Gozalo family, the innovation of the hand of a winery such as Pago de Carraovejas and a firm commitment to the pursuit of the highest quality, make the Ossian project one of the references among the best Spanish white wines of recent years.
'Ecological agriculture'
For Ossian there is the conviction that to make a great wine it is essential to start from the best raw material. For this reason his bet has always been the application of techniques of Ecological Agriculture, called by themselves 'Logical Agriculture', which excludes the use of chemical synthesis products, using only organic fertilizers and natural products obtained from plant extracts such as chamomile, sage, yarrow, nettle, etc.

"Ossian is history through the vineyards, it is passion in its grapes, it is life in its soil and it is an illusion in its elaboration process"
