Whispering Angel is undoubtedly one of the world's most impressive rosé wines. Since the wine was introduced just a few years ago, it has taken its place as one of the most impressive wines in the whole of Southern France. The wine's trademark is its rich and bold viscosity that caresses the mouth like no other rosé. The color is a beautiful light salmon color with a clear edge. On the nose, the wine has fresh rose petals, mild cherries, raspberries, lilies and dried violets. On the palate, you are overwhelmed by the rich and creamy viscosity that is more reminiscent of a delicious full-bodied white wine than a dry rosé. In the aftertaste, all the red fresh forest berries come back, almost endlessly!

The grapes are harvested on fields in the area around the town of La Motte in the hinterland of the Côte d'Azur, and only the best fruit ends up in Whispering Angel. This is ensured, among other things, through optical sorting - an electronic system that uses light sensors to sort out the inferior grapes - and subsequently through further manual selection. The free-flowing must obtained by the saignée method, where the weight of the grapes causes the lower ones in the vat to burst and “soften”, is mixed with the must from the grapes that are lightly pressed. This means that the must is only briefly in contact with the grape skins, which gives a lighter rosé wine. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks.

Whispering Angel is made from Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle grapes with a little Syrah and Tibouren, which is the local grape. The grapes come from selected fields around La Motte in Provence and are picked in the morning to ensure the freshness of the grapes. Only the best of the grapes are selected through careful sorting. Part of the grape juice is obtained through free-flowing must. Here, the weight of the grapes causes the lower ones in the vat to burst and release the must. The must is therefore only briefly in contact with the skins, giving the wine the iconic light color that characterizes rosé wine from Provence.
