Franciacorta produced without using sugar,but only with the grape sugar that comes fromripe grapes. Harmonious wine, it should beserved at 7 degrees in high flûtes to exalt its perlage.

Our family produces wine since generations, but only since 1994 we have decided to produced the famous 'Bollicine' of Franciacorta.


In the production of wine, we employ only grapes which come from our own wineyards or grapes which come from wineyards directly managed by ourself. (approximately 600.000 square meters), in order to control the quality of raw material.


The cellar is 1,500 square meters and it is equpped with modern and technological machines in addition to the traditional French Barriques used during the refining process.

The Vezzoli family has produced wine for several generations, and for more then 20 years  using the classic Franciacorta method, that is now the “SoloUva” (just grape) method. 

The family’s winemaking experience makes it possible to ensure that their wines reflect the grand tradition of their appellation while still constantly working to improve the production. The entire family shares a boundless passion for our winemaking and every member is involved in the day-to-day management of the vineyards and the vinification process.

All of our Franciacorta wines are produced without the use of exogenous sugar from phenological mature grapes from our vineyards.

Our vineyards cover 50 hectares planted in different townships in Franciacorta. Depending on the unique characteristics of each vineyard, we grow Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, and Pinot Nero, the three grape varieties allowed by Franciacorta DOCG appellation regulations. 

They capture the distinctive nature of every vineyard determined by the position, altitude, exposure, and — most importantly — the diverse soil types of each growing site. We do this in order to create a pure expression of the grapes we grow and our appellation.

Not only is Franciacorta our land, but it is also a unique appellation. We believe that this production method is the path that will lead to a rediscovery of our appellation's distinctive character and the wines that are produced from our vineyards.
