ELABORACION
After de-stalking, there is brief pre-fermentative maceration of the must at low temperature. After a gentle, low-yield press, the must is left to clarify in insulated tanks at controlled temperature. Once clarification is done, the alcoholic fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. At mid-fermentation, half of the Chardonnay is introduced in new French oak barrels with its lees, with 2 “batônage” weekly for aperiod of 6 weeks.
NOTA DE CATA
White wine of pale yellow colour. Ripe white fruit aromas combined with flowery notes of good intensity. Complex, silky and buttery in the mouth, with a good balance between fruity and flowery notes.
