Deras dotter Estefanía grundades 1996 av makarna Paco Rodero och Concha Villa och arbetar nu heltid för företaget. Med produktion mellan 800 000 och 950 000 flaskor varje år arbetar Pago de los Capellanes nu uteslutande med sorten Tinto Fino (Tempranillo). »
