A very good example of the style of chardonnay near the Aconcagua coast, in this case, from vineyards planted between 2005 and 2009 about 12 kilometers from the sea. Aged for almost a year in oak (90% in barrels, 10% in foudres), it has a delicious fruity force rich in ripe white fruits, although it's also seasoned with spices and herbs. The sensation of severe acidity accompanies the wine till the end. A perfect white for cream of oyster soup.

The grapes for this chardonnay come from the cool coastal vineyards on Aconcagua, rooted in schistous soils, just 12 km from the Pacific. This was native fermented in French barrels. Ripe and tropical pineapple, pithy lemon and lime is braced with marine freshness, buffered with a gentle bed of lees. Lovely mix of fresh, and fruit, primed for drinking now.

Green mango, freshly sliced green apple and some oatmeal on the nose. A very cool and textured chardonnay with succulent green fruit and mouthwatering acidity. Bright and really zingy. Drink now.
