Thrilling notes of orchard fruits, white flowers, crushed rocks and toasted bread all flow to a full-bodied, concentrated white that has perfect balance, bright acidity, and a great, great finish. For this reason his bet has always been the application of techniques of Ecological Agriculture, called by themselves 'Logical Agriculture', which excludes the use of chemical synthesis products, using only organic fertilizers and natural products obtained from plant extracts such as chamomile, sage, yarrow, nettle, etc.
