'Ecological agriculture'

For Ossian there is the conviction that to make a great wine it is essential to start from the best raw material. For this reason his bet has always been the application of techniques of Ecological Agriculture, called by themselves 'Logical Agriculture', which excludes the use of chemical synthesis products, using only organic fertilizers and natural products obtained from plant extracts such as chamomile, sage, yarrow, nettle, etc.

Grapes 100% Verdejo from old pre-phyloxeran centennial vines in free standing.

The grapes come from our 19 hectares of own vineyards in Nieva, Segovia, with certified organic farming without synthetic fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides of any kind; plus another 17 hectares, also in free standing, which are cultivated under our strict supervision.
